EFFECT Partners, Inc., a Minneapolis-based marketing company founded by veteran SVN member Michael Martin in 1997, creates strategies and crafts campaigns that produce social change while building consumer awareness and loyalty. EFFECT works with organizations, brands and entertainers to make a positive impact on our world and for our partners’ enterprises.
EFFECT’s longstanding relationships with other SVN member-led businesses, including CLIF Bar and Ben & Jerry’s, provide shining examples of the success of the company’s proprietary Effect Marketing™ model. The CLIF Bar GreenNotes™ program partnered with environmentally conscious musicians to help green their tours while encouraging music fans to reduce their footprints and volunteer with environmental organizations. EFFECT has worked with Stonyfield over the past ten years on initiatives ranging from experiential marketing and in-store demos to creating Climate Counts. Go Organic! For Earth Day, an award-winning retail program, and the Organic & Natural Experience Tour were both programs EFFECT developed in the organic/natural industry. Additional organizations EFFECT has worked with as a result of SVN include Seventh Generation, Calvert, Green Mountain Energy, Sellars, Absorbent Materials, Working Assets and Utne Magazine.
